SAZERAC

The New Orleans classic.

• A splash of Pacifique Absinthe

Add all but the absinthe to a mixing glass with ice and stir until until well-chilled.

Rinse a chilled Old Fashioned (or "rocks") glass with absinthe and empty the excess, keeping just enough to coat the inside of the glass. Strain whiskey, bitters and sugar into the glass; garnish with a lemon twist.
